Services
Your individual needs are catered for with a focused approach geared towards understanding and responding to your requirements providing effective and practical solutions. I can provide face to face coaching or alternatively we can work together remotely using Zoom, Teams or similar.

Targeted session (one-off)
One-off sessions are offered for very specific issues. These are targeted towards one specific issue. Prices from £50 per session.

One to One programme (3 - 6 sessions)
We offer a range of coaching programmes over 3 - 6 sessions which are tailored to meet your individual needs. Prices from £75.

Full and half day workshops
We offer seasonal half-day or full-day wellbeing and resilience workshops for small groups. Contact us for further details and prices.
