About Me

Nant Wellbeing Coaching was inspired by my own journey through challenging times. After experiencing emotional and physical difficulties 10 years ago, I undertook a Wellness and Resilience Coaching course during lockdown. This course profoundly benefitted me, helping me understand my struggles and to start to implement strategies for building resilience which supported my mental health.

 

I discovered techniques and coping strategies which helped (rather than hindered) me to achieve a more balanced life. I am committed to helping others going through challenging times or who just feel they need to make a change.  Whatever your preferences - from  mindfulness to yoga to journaling - I will help you discover what works for you.

                   

I completed the course in 2023 and found fulfilment in helping others facing similar situations with genuine understanding.

 

I chose the name Nant Wellbeing as 'Nant' means stream or valley in Welsh. I live in the Conwy Valley, and I often use the analogy of flowing water to represent our emotions which are ever-changing and dynamic - making the name symbolic.

My Approach to Wellbeing

At Nant Wellbeing Coaching, I understand that everyone's journey is unique. Therefore, all sessions are tailored to suit the individual. My style is considered gentle, low-key, and non-judgemental, providing support and accountability. I typically work with individuals ready for change in their day to day lives - whether that's connected to their careers, relationships, attitudes or something else.

I also help those feeling stuck or seeking their passion or purpose in life, guiding them toward positive change and enhanced wellbeing. I believe in individualism, honesty, and fairness. I am curious, intuitive, and non-judgemental, providing a safe space for those looking for change in any area of their life.
